- No refunds. All sales are final. Once credentials are delivered to your Telegram, the order is considered fulfilled — no refund will be issued, for any reason.
- Recommended workflow: use the SMTPs immediately after delivery and front-load your sends. The longer you wait, the higher the risk of revocation.
